Hi, I am Vanessa Spick. I  am a motivational  life coach, based in East Yorkshire, England working within both the personal and business sectors to help clients who are not getting as much out of life as they deserve.

I was a teacher for over 30 years. I was nominated as Excellence in Cities  Champion for the Gifted and Talented, whilst at the same time developing ideas for children with Special Needs to achieve their dreams. I have been highly commended for my ability to think outside the box, create solutions and my resources have been used by the Local Education Authority to develop children's learning programmes in all Curriculum areas.

I have mentored and coached adults and children to step out of their comfort zone and become the people they want to be. I am passionate about helping people live the life they choose and not accept the life others want them to have. I truly believe that everyone can achieve their dreams.

I do not believe in labelling anyone as, when we are faced with new experiences, we all act differently and draw on reserves we never knew we had. We never know what we can achieve until we have tried. I have a special need - to become the person I dream of being.
